A minimum net worth of $850,000 with at least $70,000 liquid assets and good credit ratings.

Ramunto’s Brick Oven Pizza does not make earnings claims for locations. The franchisees ability to manage the day-to-day operations, finances and other factors specific to each location will determine how much money one will make.

Medium store: Less than 2,000 S.F.
Large store: Greater than 2,000 S.F.

Ramunto’s Brick Oven Pizza does work closely with regional real estate brokers and will assist you in selecting your location. You are responsible for selecting a location that meets the site criteria.

Approximately four months from the time you secure a lease.
